On-Site Fitness classes are distinguished by not only their diversity but also their adaptability to a variety of spaces and formats. Classes work well in conference rooms and cafeterias, and do not require special workout facilities.

We offer a selection of classes within the three broad categories:

Our Mind/Body and Specialty classes give employees a chance to escape for an hour to refresh, de-stress and return to work with more drive and energy. Because after-class showers aren't necessary after these classes, they can easily be scheduled during the work day.

Our Cardio classes deliver the maximum convenience for employees who are motivated to work out but may find it difficult to get to off-site gyms. In offices that lack gym facilities, we recommend cardio classes be scheduled after work.
