Nancy Burstein, founder and president of On-Site Fitness, has been an educator in health and fitness for over 20 years. A specialist in corporate fitness, Ms. Burstein has designed exercise and health programs for some of the country’s leading pharmaceutical, financial services, advertising, publishing and communications companies. She has developed wellness workshops for a variety of organizations, including government agencies and professional associations. | |
Ms. Burstein has appeared on national and local television to discuss health issues, fitness trends and exercise. She co-produced an exercise video and walking audiotape for a leading weight loss company. Articles about Ms. Burstein’s work have been featured in a variety of national publications, including Newsweek, the New York Times, Newsday, the New York Post, Self, Glamour, Family Circle, Us, Cosmopolitan and Working Woman.
Ms. Burstein holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Dance Education from New York University. She was dance consultant for the Illinois Arts Council and the recipient of a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise.

On-Site Fitness is recognized for our outstanding fitness instructors. Our fitness/yoga specialists and movement educators have taught at some of the New York area’s top commercial health clubs and private studios, as well as local schools and universities. Many of our instructors have been featured in instructional videos.
All instructors hold B.A. and/or M.A. degrees in exercise physiology or movement education, or certifications in fitness/yoga training from recognized professional organizations, including the American Council on Exercise, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, the American College of Sports Medicine, Integral Yoga Institute, Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training Center, and OmYoga Center. All fitness instructors are certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Our seminar leaders are outstanding specialists in the fields of nutrition, fitness and stress management. Among our speakers is the nutritionist for the New York City Ballet, teacher-training leaders for fitness and yoga, and award-winning writers.
